At Soft and Cosy, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to provide handmade and premium-quality newborn baby clothes, including sets, winter wear, summer wear, frocks, sweaters, cardigans, caps, booties, and tank tops.

By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following policy regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.


1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Due to the nature of handmade and baby clothing products, returns are allowed only under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong product (different from the order).
  • You received a defective or damaged product at the time of delivery.

1.2 Products not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
  • Products purchased under sale, discount, or clearance.
  • Handmade/customized items specially made for your order.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.

2. Return Request Procedure

2.1 You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at:

2.2 To process a return, you must provide:

  • Order number,
  • Product images showing defect/wrong item,
  • Original invoice.

2.3 Once approved, the product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, with all tags intact.


3. Refunds

3.1 Refunds will be issued only after the returned product passes our quality check.
3.2 Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method only.
3.3 Shipping charges, COD fees, and handling fees are non-refundable.
3.4 If payment fails or is delayed by banks/payment gateways, Soft and Cosy is not responsible.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you must place a new order after receiving your refund (if applicable).


5. Order Cancellation

5.1 Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they are not shipped.
5.2 Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.


6. Damaged or Lost in Transit

6.1 If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please inform us immediately.
6.2 Our liability is limited only to either:

  • Replacement of the same product (if available), or
  • Refund of the product value (excluding shipping charges).

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Soft and Cosy’s maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
7.2 We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by courier companies, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
