4. Shipping Charges

5. Tracking Orders

5.1 Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID/link via email/SMS.
5.2 Customers are responsible for tracking their orders and ensuring someone is available at the delivery address.


6. Risk of Loss

6.2 Risk of loss and ownership of products pass to the customer once the package is handed over to the courier.
6.3 Soft and Cosy is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged parcels once dispatched.


7. Failed Delivery

7.1 If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned to us.
7.2 In such cases:

  • Re-shipping may be attempted at the customer’s expense.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
